My skills grow every day!This is my first job after University. I really enjoy being here and I notice how my skills grow day-by-day from working with international projects, using professional tools, being in touch with the latest IT-technology and – most importantly – learning from highly qualified, well educated colleagues. People are always kind and helpful. That makes it easy for me to ask for help when I need it. The working atmosphere is great and I am sure that contributes a lot to our success. Working with professionals makes me professional too. I get more and more experienced and on the project I am working on right now – developing OSS (Operations Support Systems) for Radio Network Technology – I have advanced from Software Developer to sub-Project Manager. The project is my first contact with true professional work. And seeing how it all works, understanding the logic behind it and creating my own approach to it, strengthens both my competence and my confidence. Every day brings a new challenge and I feel highly motivated to solve it immediately. | |
I am also stimulated by how important our project is to society. Both users and providers want to have new technology that enables them to do more with mobile phones and I am proud to be part of a team that provides them with higher speed and better support.
