Tieto Corporate Information Hub brings new business opportunities for telecom operators

Tieto will introduce a new enterprise communication solution, the Corporate Information Hub (CIH), at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. With CIH the telecom operator and enterprise networks can be connected in a new way which enables operators to expand their role as communication service providers as they can now offer their enterprise customers better and more comprehensive unified communications solutions. Tieto delivers CIH as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, so the operators can exploit new business opportunities immediately.

CIH will offer a controlled unified communications solution which can be used to connect, deliver and utilize the end-user's information flows in an entirely new way. The solution can be connected to the enterprise's operating and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Via CIH, digital messages are delivered quickly and efficiently because it identifies the user's availability, and based on that, mediates the messages to the right communications channel. The solution also brings clear cost savings for the company.

Tieto's solution acts as an add-on to the operator's existing service offering for the enterprise customers, and it can be tailored to be a comprehensive solution package together with the operator's own service portfolio. CIH is provided as a SaaS solution and does not require separate investments from the operator. The experience and competence of Tieto's specialists ensures that CIH will be continuously developed and maintained.
