Corporate Social Responsibility is a core value at Tieto India.

Our social responsibility goes beyond mobilizing donations and is extended to ensuring that our beneficiaries receive the right kind of support for their development needs.

Tieto India believes that it is every employee’s right to be assured that the funds mobilized by her or him have led to the betterment of the life of an underprivileged member of our community.

A large number of Tieto India employees have for some time generated funds for Identity Foundation (www.identityfoundation.org).

Identity Foundation is a Pune based NGO. It runs two programs (NFE: Non Formal Education and LSE: Life Skills Training). These programs are for underprivileged children that include street children, platform children and children from homeless families.

The latest in the progress for making life a lot better for these children is the MLC (Mobile Learning Center) which will serve as class rooms for the children and will enable learning to take place all year round. This new Center was launched with the help of funding from amongst other Tieto India and its employees.
