The Phantom Editor
Creation of a NetPhantom application is done with the development tool Phantom Editor, which runs under Windows 95/98/NT and IBM OS/2.

The Editor is used to create a generic Phantom application that can be run by the NetPhantom Server and brought to the Net to either a browser-based environment or as a stand-alone Java application on a NC.

The Phantom application can also be run using fat clients (PCs) with Phantom Hurricane Runtime, on the operating systems Windows 3.1x, Windows 95/98/NT and OS/2. Present users of Phantom Hurricane switching to NetPhantom will save time by re-using existing graphics panels.
